Young Women Camp - Waiting List

The directors of the Utah North, Utah Salt Lake, and Utah South Areas designate the stakes to be invited to Heber Valley Camp for Young Women Camp. When the stake scheduling is completed, all remaining unscheduled campsites will be assigned to groups from the waiting list.

Transportation

  • Stakes must bus their Young Women to and from camp on available carriers. Busing is required for all stakes. Stake leaders are responsible for making their own busing arrangements. A list of licensed and insured bus companies is provided by camp management. Click here to get the names and telephone numbers of some available licensed and insured bus companies. Bus companies caution that their schedules may be full by March. All young women should ride the bus. Two adult leaders are required to ride each bus. All campers must arrive no later than 11:00 a.m. on Monday and depart on Friday no later than 10:00 a.m.
  • Wards will provide their own transportation to and from camp. Wards registered individually may transport young women by private vehicles (see Church Handbook of Instructions, p. 280). Each driver must be a licensed, responsible adult 21 years of age or older. "Participants in Church activities should be covered by personal accident and health insurance." (Church Handbook of Instructions, p. 277) All campers must arrive no later than 11:00 a.m. on Monday and depart on Friday no later than 10:00 a.m.
